Install the [UV] package manager in PowerShell.

Add to the environment path:

Add to the PowerShell path:

Install Spec Kit in the PowerShell.

uv tool install specify-cli --from git+https://github.com/github/spec-kit.git

Open the root project folder in VS Code and switch to the AI Chat Window. Type the following in the prompt.
