I get an error when I open a PDF with Gimp. I’ve asked on the forums about it. It turns out that [GhostScript 8.60] needs to be in your path. Also a environment variable needs to be created for {GS_PROG: C:/Program Files (x86)/gs/gs8.60/bin/gswin32c.exe}.

I have a dual-head SLI rig. I’m able to create a desktop that extends over two monitors and a TV. But I need a new feature in the NVidia control panel. I’d like to choose a monitor to clone to customize the signal that goes to the TV. I’ve asked on the NVidia forums if this is possible.

If you can install VMware server on Windows 2003 then you’ll be able to create a VMware virtual image. After the image is created, load the image with VMware player which works on Win2k, WinXP, and Vista. When the VMware image boots you can install any OS. Lastly, load the image on the VMware server to install the VMware client tools after the OS is running. Here’s an example of WinXP Pro running on Vista in a window.
